The Mindanao Container Terminal (MCT), located within the Phividec Industrial Estate in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, is set to implement its Phase II Expansion Project. This development costing $100 million will double the terminal’s berth length from 300 to 600 meters to accommodate growing container volumes and ease full-capacity operations that have been ongoing since 2020. Key infrastructure upgrades include the addition of three Post Panamax Quay Cranes, four Rubber-Tired Gantry Cranes, and a Mobile Harbor Crane to enhance flexibility and efficiency in port operations.

This vacant space below will be the extended berthing area.
