The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) Claveria Campus is close to completing its new four-storey classroom building, with an additional ₱49.5 million in funding allocated for Phase 3 of the project. This ensures the facility’s timely completion and upholds the university’s commitment to providing quality academic infrastructure.
Shown below is the building project taken a few months back.

Here’s a map showing the location of the building.

The new building is designed to address the growing student population and the increasing demand for modern and conducive learning spaces in the campus. Once completed, the building will house multiple classrooms, faculty rooms, and academic support facilities aimed at enriching the overall learning experience for students. Interestingly, the fourth floor will house a medical facility.

The project is part of USTP’s continuing efforts to upgrade its facilities and provide a world-class educational environment for its students. See floor plans below.

Based on the floor plans, the 4th floor will house a medical facility.
