Voting at Precinct 15 of Maputi Elementary School in Barangay Maputi, Naawan, Misamis Oriental was delayed after ballots intended for Cebu City were mistakenly delivered. COMELEC Naawan Election Officer Ritchie C. Abis confirmed the incident and said the issue has already been reported to higher authorities.
