The Department of Public Works and Highways in Northern Mindanao (DPWH-X) has already started the P159.22 million Carmen Steel Bridge Project, also known as the Ysalina Bridge. The project includes the construction of three additional piers to reinforce the bridge’s structural integrity. Heavy equipment and construction materials have already started arriving at the site.
