One Manresa Place, a three-tower high-rise residential condominium, is set to rise soon in Uptown Cagayan de Oro as the first development within the 14.6-hectare Manresa Town by Cebu Landmasters, Inc. As presented during today’s grand product knowledge seminar at the Trade Hall of Mallberry Suites, the project will feature Tower 1 (18 storeys) with 394 residential units, Tower 2 (25 storeys) with 372 residential units, and Tower 3 (18 storeys) with 174 residential units. The development will cover 8,390 sqm and includes a shared retail podium and 232 parking slots. Project turnover is scheduled for 2030.
