The Cagayan de Oro City Council has approved the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PDSP) for the Ridge Garden Project, a midrise residential development featuring two 8-storey condominium buildings located in Barangay Macasandig. Developed by AZ Developers Corporation, the project will cover 3,502.91 sqm offering 326 residential units under PD 957. Notably, this proposed project is part of a larger masterplan that envisions a total of eight midrise condominium buildings to be constructed in the area.
