Dr. Rey Y. Capangpangan, a renowned expert in Chemistry and Nanotechnology, has topped the Top 10 list of scientists at Mindanao State University at Naawan (MSUN) based in the latest Alper-Doger (AD) Scientific Index released on January 28, 2025. Dr. Capangpangan, who recently was named as the new Vice Chancellor for Research, Innovation, and Global Engagement (VCRIGE) of MSUN, previously ranked second.
