Groundworks continue for the 14.6-hectare Manresa Town, the highly anticipated mixed-use development by Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) situated in Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City. You can observe the existing students’ dormitory inside Manresa which is excluded in the ongoing earthworks.
The proposed cable car system included a station to be put up somewhere in this area.
