The Benoni-Maac Bridge, a scenic 4-lane 110-meter structure spanning the picturesque Taguines Lagoon in Camiguin will finally be realized. Senator Juan Miguel “Migz” Zubiri together with DPWH Asst Secretary Rey Peter Gille, Rep. Jurdin Jesus Romualdo and Governor Xavier Jesus led the formal groundbreaking ceremony for this major infrastructure project. With a budget of P382 million, the bridge is expected to be completed by August 31, 2025, marking a significant development in enhancing connectivity and boosting tourism in the island.




The bridge also connects Brgy Benoni in Mahinog and Brgy Maac in Guinsiliban town.
