The weekend crowd at Balingasag Baywalk in Misamis Oriental continued to enjoy their time at the seaside park, despite strong waves crashing into the area and flooding parts of the park. The southwest monsoon, which has brought rough seas and gusty winds, has also led to cancellations of passenger vessel trips. However, these weather conditions didn’t seem to deter visitors from frolicking at the baywalk, soaking in the seaside atmosphere.
