City Central School and Xavier University Junior High School topped the ‘War of the Wits: Battle of the Best and Brightest’ Higalaay Interschool Quiz Bee Competition, held on Saturday, August 31, at the East Concourse, 2nd Level of Limketkai Mall in Cagayan de Oro City. City Central School won in the elementary level, while Xavier University Junior High School claimed the championship in the high school level. The event was one of the final highlights of the 2024 Higalaay Festival. Congratulations!
