Three photo entries capturing scenes from Northern Mindanao have advanced to the grand finals of the “People’s Choice Award” in the PAGCOR Photography Contest 2024, themed “Harvest Time.” According to a post on PAGCOR’s Facebook page, these 3 entries are among the 48 grand finalists selected for the award.
