The Misamis Oriental General Comprehensive High School (MOGCHS) was named Best Marching Band in today’s Higalaay Festival Civic-Military Parade. Soka Gakkai International was 2nd Place while Gusa Regional Science High School came in 3rd. Lourdes College won Best in Uniform. MOGCHS also won the Best Majorette. Meanwhile, Pilgrim Christian College won Best Band Major. Congratulations!
