Dolly Ceballos Cruz of Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, is the lone candidate from Northern Mindanao in Miss World Philippines 2024. A lawyer and licensed teacher, she is no stranger to pageantry, having previously been crowned Miss Bukidnon State University, Miss Mindanao Association of State Tertiary Schools (MASTS) 2014, and 2nd runner-up in Miss Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) 2014.
