The 8.95-kilometer Cagayan de Oro Coastal Road (Puerto-Gusa Section) Project includes a 6.33-kilometer viaduct that crosses the private ports in Baloy as well as the Gusa, Cugman, Umalag and Agusan Rivers. This was contained in DPWH-10’s latest progress report on the said project which costs P36.294 billion. So far, only the rock embankments on the opposite ends have been started.
