Do you remember “Migo?” For a long time, he was a familiar sight on the sidewalk at Ororama along Mortola Street in Cagayan de Oro City. Though his real name is unknown, he was fondly called “Migo,” short for “amigo,” as he would greet passersby and ask for money. Recently, a netizen spotted him near SM Lanang in Davao.
