A new 5-storey mixed use building is now rising in Uptown Cagayan de Oro. KURVADA is located across the eastern section of St Ignatius Enclave some 150 meters from Korum. As shown, structural steel framing is already underway. When completed, the building offers a commanding view of the city.
The project broke ground in September last year.
