Another major housing project in Cagayan de Oro City is set to begin construction. City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy led the groundbreaking ceremony for KlarexVille IV, Macaranas Residences, located in Barangay San Simon. This project is a collaboration between the City Government and the National Government, spanning 2.6 hectares and benefiting 1,200 families. The beneficiaries will be informal settlers and those displaced by government infrastructure projects. In the project perspective shown, the development covers a cluster of eight 5-storey residential buildings.
