A 477-meter long concrete bridge will soon connect Barangay Taglimao in Cagayan de Oro City and Barangay Bagocboc in Opol. The proposed Taglimao Bridge spanning Iponan River will cost around P70 million and will provide additional connectivity of the two hinterland villages. Personnel of the Department of Public Works and Highways led by Engr. Aldrich Garcia recently visited Opol Mayor Jayfrancis Bago to present the project.

The bridge is a segment of the Cagayan de Oro Bypass/Alternate Road Extension (Jct Lumbia/CDO-Camp Kibaritan Road-Pagatpat Jct, BCIR).
