First Community Cooperative (FICCO) recently inaugurated its newly renovated Carmen branch on Matilde Neri Street, reopening its doors to members and prospective members. The Blessing and Assessment ceremony held on May 28 began with a mass, followed by the official ribbon-cutting. FICCO Chief Executive Officer Edgardo A. Micayabas led the event, joined by Carmen Captain Joaquin “Kikang” Uy, along with other FICCO officers, volunteers, and staff.
