The updated development plan for Valley View Township in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental now includes what appears to be a small theme park, in addition to the Fantasyland-inspired entrance gate. These changes to the 14-hectare development were revealed during a visit by Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar. This vertical housing project is one of the largest in the country, providing around 10,400 condominium units in line with the government’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.
