Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) Chairman and CEO Architect Romolo Nati has disclosed that their upcoming project in Bukidnon will be called Moena Mountain Estate. This proposed 1.5-hectare mixed-use development will be located in Barangay Dahilayan, Manolo Fortich town. It will have commercial, condotel, and residential units and will also be in partnership with an international brand. Moena Mountain Estate will be a cascading type consisting of two 8-storey buildings and a cluster of 2-storey buildings.
