Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) is actively pursuing expansion, this time venturing into Bukidnon. IDC Chairman and CEO Architect Romolo Nati shared the company’s vision of entering the provincial market with a proposed 1.5-hectare mixed-use development in Barangay Dahilayan, Manolo Fortich town. This project will have commercial, condotel, and residential units. This initiative is one of three upcoming projects announced during the IDC Mid-year Thanksgiving Celebration held on Monday, October 2, at Mallberry Suites Hotel.

The proposed project which is still in the planning stage will have the following inventory:
- Residential Units (266)
- 90 townhouses with average area of 28 sqm
- 100 studio units with average area of 33 sqm
- 76 one-bedroom units with average area of 48.5 sqm
- Commercial Units (19) with an average area of 121 sqm
- Parking Spaces (361)
It will have a gross floor area (GFA) of 25,170 sqm and a Saleable Area of 16,556 sqm.

Here’s the initial Site Development Plan. It consists of one 8-Storey, one 3-storey and one 2-storey buildings.
