PROJECT WATCH: Italpinas eyes expansion in Bukidnon with mixed-use development in Dahilayan

Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) is actively pursuing expansion, this time venturing into Bukidnon. IDC Chairman and CEO Architect Romolo Nati shared the company’s vision of entering the provincial market with a proposed 1.5-hectare mixed-use development in Barangay Dahilayan, Manolo Fortich town. This project will have commercial, condotel, and residential units. This initiative is one of three upcoming projects announced during the IDC Mid-year Thanksgiving Celebration held on Monday, October 2, at Mallberry Suites Hotel.

The proposed project which is still in the planning stage will have the following inventory:

  • Residential Units (266)
    • 90 townhouses with average area of 28 sqm
    • 100 studio units with average area of 33 sqm
    • 76 one-bedroom units with average area of 48.5 sqm
  • Commercial Units (19) with an average area of 121 sqm
  • Parking Spaces (361)

It will have a gross floor area (GFA) of 25,170 sqm and a Saleable Area of 16,556 sqm.

Here’s the initial Site Development Plan. It consists of one 8-Storey, one 3-storey and one 2-storey buildings.
