Italpinas Development Corporation™ (IDC) will partner with an international brand for its upcoming Firenze Green Tower project in Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City. This was revealed by IDC Chairman and CEO Architect Romolo Nati during IDC’s 15th anniversary celebration held last night at Limketkai Luxe Hotel. However, he chose not to disclose the brand involved in the partnership. Additionally, an updated rendering of the mixed use development was also presented. Covering 6,790-sqm, the project site is situated along Rosario Limketkai Avenue, adjacent to ACE Medical Center. Notably, this venture marks IDC’s inaugural vertical development in the city’s downtown area.
The project site has already been enclosed.
Nati earlier announced IDC’s partneredship with Ascott Limited to bring the Citadines brand for its Primavera City Citta Alta project in Uptown Cagayan de Oro.
