The 133-hectare property to be developed by SM Development Corp (SMDC) straddles the boundary between Cagayan de Oro and Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. This was revealed in today’s Public Hearing held at COBSAT Gym in Barangay Bugo. As presented, the proposed project involves a horizontal subdivision (lots only development) generating approximately 4,600 units. The project will be implemented in four phases.
The project area encompasses Barangays Bugo (Upper Bugo) and Puerto (Upper Puerto) in Cagayan de Oro and Barangay Mambatangan in Manolo Fortich. See summary of project details below.
