The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Revenue District Office No. 097 – Gingoog City recently kicked off its 2024 Tax Campaign at the Penthouse of Gingoog City Hall last February 27, 2024. It was a successful event participated by Gingoog City Mayor Erick G. Cañosa, other city officials, members of Gingoog Bay Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. headed by Ian G. Basarte, other stakeholders and BIR RDO 97 staff.
Also in attendance were BIR, RR-16, Cagayan de Oro City led by Assistant Regional Director Helen T. Abellanosa and Chief, Client Support Unit Aimee D. Valencia and other RR-16 personnel. Also present was Lt. Col. Christian Uy. Battalion Commander of 58th Infantry Battalion and Lt. Col. Cecelio Orcullo, PNP Chief of Gingoog City. The event was hosted by OIC Revenue District Officer Lawrence T. Cabeltes, Assistant RDO Ellen T. Tampus and RDO 97 personnel.
