Check out the photos of the ongoing relocation of isolation valves of Cagayan de Oro Bulkwater Inc. (COBI) affected by the flood control project of DPWH, which has caused the extended water service interruptions to thousands of water consumers of Cagayan de Oro City Water District (COWD) in the city since yesterday, March 2. Work was supposed to be completed at noon today, March 3 but there seems to be no update as water supply has not resumed as of posting time.
