On Friday, March 1, 2024, Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri, alongside Bukidnon Governor Rogelio Neil Roque and Kibawe Mayor Reynaldo Rabanes led the official inauguration of the new 24-hectare Kibawe Sports Complex. Located in Barangay East Kibawe, this world-class sports facility features a rubberized oval and will host the 2024 DepEd Bukidnon Division Athletic Meet which started right after the inauguration ceremony.
