After just a couple of months, Poldo’s Lechon is back! This time, it will be unveiling a new chapter in its culinary journey by opening a new restaurant with a reinvented tradition. Poldo’s Seaside will soon open in Opol, more specifically in Barangay Bonbon right along the National Highway fronting C Petrol Refilling Station. Sources reveal it will open in late March 2024.
