The completion of the Government Communication Academy (GCA) located in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon will be finally realized two years after it broke ground. It will be first of its kind in the country. The 2-storey GCA amounting to P44 million is targeted to be completed in ten (10) months. The DPWH-10 has just conducted a pre-bidding conference for the said project last Friday, January 19 which will be funded for implementation this year.
