The property for Nirvana Village has now expanded to 11.1 hectares from the initial 7 hectares during the unveiling of its Fantasyland-inspired entrance gate last month. The development located in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental now consists of 18 clusters of 3-tower 12-storey condominium buildings, for a total of 54 towers. All units will have two bedrooms with balcony that are beautifully designed, providing ample space for rest and relaxation.
Here is a scaled model of the project showing the 3-tower cluster. Construction will utilize Broad’s innovative holon modules.
