NIRVANA VILLAGE, an upcoming multi-tower high-end residential condominium project by RGJ Realty Corporation, situated in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, has officially unveiled its Fantasyland-inspired entrance gate. Located adjacent to Valley View Township, RGJ Realty Corporation’s initial venture in collaboration with the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) for the government’s Pambansang Pabahay Program, the project stands as a testament to the company’s commitment to providing exceptional residential spaces.
Construction of the condominium buildings will use the Broad Holon technology which speeds up construction, more efficient than on-site construction and reduces labor costs. It uses stainless steel in fully prefabricated buildings. Every unit has 72.64 square meters of floor area.
In fact, RGJ stated it can finish the first set of towers by the first quarter of 2023.
