Always be aware of people around you especially if access is not restricted. An eatery along Zayas Street in Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City learned this lesson when a thief seized the opportunity to snatch a cellphone while the attendant momentarily diverted her attention to her food. The incident was caught on CCTV with the suspect’s face clearly recorded by the camera. The incident occurred between 3-4pm Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Joben’s Eatery.
