Here is the initial perspective of the proposed residential condominium project of Wee Comm Magnum Properties and Magnahomes, Inc. which will rise soon along a beachfront property near Wilcon Depot and Seaside Bible Camp in Barangay Barra, Opol, Misamis Oriental. As shown, the proposed vertical development will have 15 storeys. Sources state it will have at least 500 residential units composed of studio and 1-bedroom condo units. The project is set to be launched in the second half of 2024.
