PROJECT WATCH: Italpinas’ Parco Italia latest renderings revealed

Check out the latest renderings of PARCO ITALIA, the upcoming P2.38-billion 4.3-hectare mixed-use development by Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) located in Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City. As revealed by IDC Chairman and CEO Architect Romolo Nati, the project design is inspired by the Italian city of Verona, the second after the quickly sold-out Verona Green Residences in Uptown CDO.

IDC’s brand #LivingByDesign will also be the highlight of the development which will be adorned with biophilic features not just for aesthetics but more importantly, for enhancement of natural ventilation, lighting, and noise-pollution filters. The sun’s energy will likewise be harnessed through solar energy technology.

Further, more than 60% of the total buildable land area will be allocated to green, public spaces and amenities such as swimming pool, park, play ground, public transport parking, and sports court.
