The exact location of PARCO ITALIA, the upcoming P2.38-billion 4.3-hectare mixed-use development by Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) located in Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City was finally revealed by IDC Chairman and CEO Architect Romolo Nati. The cluster of 4-storey walk-up apartment buildings with around 1,670 affordable units will be located in the vicinity of Purok 3, San Miguel in Gusa, just near the under construction CDO Eastern Interior Diversion Road (JR Borja Extension).
Arch. Nati made the disclosure during IDC’s Mid-year Thanksgiving Celebration last October 2 at Mallberry Suites Hotel. In his brief presentation, Parco Italia will have a Gross Floor Area of 72,410 sqm and a Saleable Area of 44,106 sqm.
The site is currently accessible via 2-lane concrete road from JR Borja Extension.
Parco Italia will carry the Verona brand as a follow-up to their Verona Green Residences, the low-rise walk-up condo development located in Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City.
