Here is the promotional video of The New City, a 60-hectare mixed-use development to be located in Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City. To be implemented in four phases, the plan covers residential communities and commercial areas including a convention center, hotel and resort and low to mid-rise residential condominiums. Earthworks are currently underway.
