PROJECT WATCH: Cagayan de Oro unveils 60-hectare ‘The New City’

The City Government of Cagayan de Oro has unveiled a mixed-use development in the city’s uptown area called “The New City” which will be implemented in four phases. This was presented during the Investment Forum held October 5 at Shangri-La Plaza in Mandaluyong City. The plan covers four development phases of residential communities and commercial areas over 60 hectares of public land.

Here’s a perspective of the project.

Not much details were given but such development will be on government property.
