Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan, along with Cebu Landmasters, Inc (CLI), recently held a meeting with executives of Aidea Inc. in Makati City last September 22, 2023 to finalize the architectural design of the Campus of the Future. Aidea is one of the world’s top architectural firms with over 1000 projects in 100 cities in 60 countries. Among its notable local projects include Clark Global City, UP Ayalaland Technohub, Ayala North Exchange, Eton City, Bonifacio High Street Central and South, Two Serendra, Mandani Bay, among many others.

The XU team was led by Board of Trustees Chair Frank Guerra, XU President Fr Mars P Tan SJ, Trustee Roy Sobrecarey and Trustee Atty Bong Montesa while CLI was represented by its Chief Operating Officer Franco Soberano. They met with Aidea Inc. President and CEO Arch Jojo Tolentino and his architects Ric Reyes, Eric Pambid, Mary Anne Nicolas, Pach Cansana, and Glen Canlas.
In the meeting, among other topics, they discussed the latest developments in finalizing the agreement between Xavier University and Aidea as the designated architectural design firm for the Campus of the Future project as well as preparations for the kickoff activity on October 17, 2023.
