Construction of the 2-storey Balingoan Community College located in Mantangale, Balingoan, Misamis Oriental is now progressing very well. Being built at a cost of P40 million, the first ever tertiary educational institution in the municipality is now rising steadily. When completed, it is envisioned to provide quality education to the youth in the municipality and neighboring areas. The project is expected to be completed in January 2024.
