Canadian vlogger Kyle “Kulas” Jennermann formally took his Oath of Allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines today, Sept 13, 2023. Congresswoman Marlyn “Len” B. Alonte of the lone district of Biñan City, Laguna, who authored the first bill of his naturalization, administered his oath. Kulas wore a 100% Filipino-made Bamboo Textile Barong during his oath of allegiance. Canadian Ambassador David Hartman was also present along with Kulas’ Titos and Titas from Cebu and Cagayan de Oro.
