Manny Villar, Chairman of the Villar Group of Companies leads the formal ribbon-cutting ceremony today, September 9 for Dear Joe Midtown in Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City, the country’s first letter-writing cafe which officially opened its doors to the public yesterday. The cafe jumpstarts The Midtown by Vista Estates, a 22-hectare mixed-use development which will have a mall, hotel, exhibition and entertainment center, office buildings and residential towers (Midtown Towers) which will be the first to be constructed later this year.
