Concrete piles for the foundation are now observed at the project site for the first building of Intalio Flats Primea, the 12-storey residential condominium project in Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City. We expect vertical works to commence in the last quarter of this year.
As shown below, several concrete piles are already driven into the soil.
The piles are located probably along the building’s footprint.
