Intalio Flats Primea, the cluster of midrise residential smart condominium buildings located along Eagle Street in Barangay Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City officially broke ground today, June 3. Executives of Wee Comm Magnum Properties, UKC Builders, barangay officials, partners, brokers, real estate agents and sellers attended the event. Meanwhile, a perspective of the Loft Units was also unveiled.
To be developed by Magna Homes Inc., the condominium complex will rise within the 8,777-sqm property right beside STI Kauswagan and will have 613 saleable units. Pile works will commence next month with foundation works to follow. It is targeted to be turned over by September 2025. Project proponents highlighted the project due to Flexibility, Location, Affordability and Technology (FLAT). Browse photos below.
