The Midtown by Vista Estates located in Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City was officially launched yesterday, July 13, 2023. The 22-hectare mixed-use development will have a mall, hotel, exhibition and entertainment center, office buildings and residential towers (Midtown Towers) which will be the first to be constructed later this year. Vista Estates will be bringing Villar’s hotel brand Mella. A hospital is also being planned.
The Midtown Towers is a cluster of residential condominium buildings – three 12-storeys and one 7-storey right at the back of Dear Joe.
