Cagayan de Oro City 1st District Congressman Lordan Suan recently led the groundbreaking ceremony of the P48.51 million drainage system project in Zone 2, Canitoan. This project will address the perennial flooding problems at the junction of Macapagal Drive and Pagatpat-Canitoan Road in the vicinity of Casa de Canitoan and neighboring areas.
