The Midtown Towers, two 12-storey residential condominium buildings will be the first to rise at The Midtown, the mixed-use development by Vista Estates located in Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City. This was confirmed following the onsite inspection by the City Council Committee on Subdivision and Landed Estate in response to the application of Communities Cagayan, Inc. for the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the said project.
Committee Chair Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas, said the proposed project will have a gross area of 18,159 square meters. Representatives of the City Engineer’s Office, the developer and of the City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD) also joined the inspection.
The Midtown Towers is part of the planned mixed-use development right beside Camella Cerritos.
