The City Government of El Salvador will soon construct the new Public Market and Mall Complex as it continues to upgrade its public facilities. It will replace the existing public market. This was disclosed by City Mayor Edgar Lignes during his State of the City Address (SOCA) yesterday at the City Gymnasium. All market stall owners will be relocated to a temporary public market which is currently being constructed.
As shown in these artist’s perspectives, the public market will be at the ground level while the mall will be at the second level. More details will be revealed soon once construction starts.
Meanwhile, construction of the temporary public market is still ongoing and will be completed soon.
