A candidate of Mister Cagayan de Oro was shot by unidentified suspects Tuesday night in Nazareth this city. The victim who was riding his motorcycle when shot was identified as Adriane Rovic Fornillos. He was rushed to a hospital after the shooting but expired several hours later. Police are now investigating the incident and are looking into pageant-related as among the possible motive of the crime.
Photo below shows the victim’s motorcycle and helmet at the crime scene. Reports revealed the victim was shot in the head by suspects riding a tricab locally known as “bao-bao.”
