Miss Kuyamis 2019 Chella Falconer will be representing the Philippines in the Miss Elite World in Somabay, Egypt in May this year. Falconer previously competed in the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 and finished in the Top 16. She was also Ms. Bikini 2020 1st runner-up. Will she bring home the crown this year? Good luck!
